SSI heatexchanger question
I am on the way to buy new heat-exchanger and like to have SSI.
One question, PP offer SSI for early 911 in two kinds for MFI and carb what is differences between.I ask as I have 911S but with carbs (orig. MFI) so what kind of SSI should I buy?

The bigger question is, which flange do you want or need? There are thick and thin flange versions.
If you have carbs on your engine then believe that there is no reason for the MFI version, which the only difference is a hot air spigot off of the left side which went to up to the air filter/MFI area and was used when the engine was cold. Joe A
