Bursch vs Dansk?
I have SSIs on a SC engine that go into a 2 in one out Bursch.
Its a bit too loud on long trips, but I do like the roar on short blasts. Give me your opinion on best SSI set up factoring in cost |

Seeing how many car alarms you can set off in underground parking structures, and the resulting smile on your own mug?
PRICELESS!!

Bursch products seem to have a tendancy to rust out as I believe they are painted mild steel, not SS. I'd go with one of Ben's mufflers, great look, affordable, and light. No affiliation, but that's what I would do if I were in the market.

I went with Bursch Headers, into an OEM 2.7 muffler. Outstanding performance and sound improvement! I think most of the aftermarket mufflers are nothing more than noise makers!

What ever brand you choose you should consider that the single outs are the best all around muffler plus you do not have to cut the valance

I've got a 1 in 1 (big) out SS Dansk and am very pleased on my 3.2 Turbolook.
I'll report back in a few weeks on my new toy '80 SC (EWPurdy's old ride) with SSI's, 2 in 2 out Monty! (with PMO's) ![]() Cheers
