Service records QUESTION
 
Is ther some place where I can put in the car ID#'s and get the service records?The dealer won't do it unless I own the car.Although this is for a PPI.

Probably not,property of the present owner, etc.. he should be willing to provide if you are a genuine prospective buyer.
