Heater hose installation?

I can't get the new paper corrugated hose over my heater box. I've tried oiling the heater box inlet tube. I've tried flattening out the corrugations, but that doesn't work either. Pretty soon I'll be out of un-torn hose.

BTW, I can't get the search engine to work for crap.

yeh since the improved software it has been dis-improved...

try sort of pulling outward on it all around the inside circumference, then put it on at a slight angle and slide a butter knife or similar aroung as you push on it...
