Failed smog in Phoenix
 

I am looking for to get the air/fuel adjusted in Phoenix area.
Any suggestions?

Oh yeah- its for a 1979 911sc, the car passed last year here and passed in california before that.

In Phoenix you only have to smog your car every other year.

As long as your equipment is all there (smog pump, cat) and the engine is running smooth a simple mixture adjustment is all you should need.

Every other year smog tests only applies to '81 & newer vehicles- according to current legislation.
