Distributor Wiring question

Inside the large green wire is a smaller green wire and a copper stranded wrap. Does anyone know which one is the (MAG +)?

Easy to verify check with ohms meter but I believe its the inside wire is plus but verify that there is no continuity between that wire and ground

The shield [braid of the coax] is ground at terminal #31d of the CDI unit, and the inner conductor is the signal lead at terminal #7 of the CDI unit.
