exhaust/exchanger stud thread pitch

What is the thread pitch on the exhaust studs? I am buying a Sanp-On stud puller to tackle my broken Dilavar head studs and while I am at it want to get the collet for the exhaust studs.

8 x 1.5 mm? Not positive but believe that this is the size... Grab one of the barrel nuts and take it with you if you have a spare old one around.

Thanks Joe, any body else that can confirm ? I can get 8 x 1.25 or 8 x 1.5..or both! but you know the Sanp-ON man extracts a pretty penny.

Richard,

More proof that Warren has forgotten more than most of us know! My memory is not close to his and I am a long way away from home, so cannot check. Glad it worked out!

Joe
