I am missing the little grayish clamp(?) that holds the end of the wire that attaches to the seat release so you can get in the back seat of my 78SC. Not sure if that is clear but i don't know what to call it, the wire runs down from the seat release to just behind the reclining knob, on the end of the wire is a a piece of metal that goes through a hole that is on the seat frame and then this gray thingy slides around it and keeps tension on it and keeps it in place. I looked on the Pelican site for the part but it doesn't look like they offer it. Does anyone know what I am talking about and if so where I can find one?

Kirk;
Not sure what you are after exactly but you might be talking about the cable clip 911 521 369 00. Pelican has them listed for sale, just do a search on the part number. The bushing, if you need one, is 911 521 343 00. JR |

Why would you want to try? I did it once to see and my knees were hugging the front seat and my neck was tilted back and to the right. Unless you have kids under 5' tall there is no reason for the seats other than to carry groceries or bagpipes.
