Converting stock 911SC seat to a sport seat

I have a set of cores that need recovered. I have been participating in DE's and would prefer sport seats. I can purchase new sport seat covers but not the foam. Has anyone had a shop custom build the foam to fit the sport seat covers? Is the frame the same on a standard seat vs. a sport seat?

I asked the same question and it was explained that there's more to it than just the foam, the frames are different. Actually, you can purchase the foam but it is very expensive and is OEM Porsche. I seem to recall top and bottom were well over $500. See this link for my related question.
