Blaupunkt SQR 23 button repair

I'm working on getting my radio in better working condition. I ended up replacing my broken on with a better working one, but it's still not 100%. The only issue at the moment seems to be that the rubber piece inside a few of the buttons are broken. Below is a photo - the bottom is what it should look like, the top is what a few of the internal are like.

I'm wondering if anyone has done this repair or has a source for replacements pieces of that interior rubber boot/diaphragm part. It seems too small to 3d print.

The buttons are definitely fiddly, but I managed to get mine working pretty well using this video as a guide.
