Decals/Graphics

I have seen the decals on so many of your cars and love them but I just can't decide if I should get the Carrera decal for my car. I have gotten so many comments that it would not be period correct or it would not be correct without the ducktail. I know its all a matter of personal preference but just wanted to see what you guys think.

This is what I was thinking of:

By the way, whose ride is this??

And this is where I was a few months ago:

Last year I was in the same boat. I heard the same comments. Here is where I started. A pre-puchase picture, the wheels needed to be redone. The anodizing was shot and the centers were a poorly matched attempt to body color:

The intermediate step:

Here is where I wound up:

I don't hear many more negative comments but the best part is if I get tired of them I can have them off in an hour.

Never mind other peoples opinions. You paid for the vehicle, right. Do as you please ! Hell, I got a RS emblem on my deck lid.

If you like it, put the logos on. Heck, you do have a Carrera, don't you? Or is this for your GLI

The choice is yours to make. If you like them put them on i would say if you are not sure don't until you are.
When I bought my SC I was bound and determined to add a whale to it as time went on I changed my mind. I love the look but I also love the clean lines.

I wouldn't get black decals on red car, maybe some other color ?

black looks good on light colors (white, silver, yellow)

You know the GLI might look good with the decal but I am not one to false advertise though. Ok I think I am convinced, I am going to try it out. Now to find the right duck.
