Koni Strut Question
Today I bought a set of Koni struts, early caliper spacing 3 inch, with the part number 902.341.076.10. They say Koni on them, have the adjustment arrow, and dated late 1968 I believe, if the date is where I think it is. They seller told me they came from a 69 911 he had parted out. They also had non vented rotors on them. Can anyone tell me anything about them. I have been told that later Konis have the 3.5 inch spacing. Thanks in advance.

The 902 number looks like a 912 number to me. Early 911 part # usually start with 901. According to PET the 912 koni shock strut part number was 902.341.067.00. Doesn't match your number but the only non-s koni strut listed was for 68. S caliper bolt spacing is 3.5 inches.

Koni Struts, what year will these fit???
Non vented rotors and 3" bolt spacing sounds like early short wheel base Koni. Im pretty sure a SWB S would have had vented rotors, but the struts were probably the same. 911.341.080.10 is one the later '69-'73 struts with the 3.5" spacing. There is not a lot of info on the Koni stuff. call Jason at Paragon Products. he can tell you more about the Koni stuff than Koni North America can. |

Are Koni Sports available for this housing? I am told over on the early 911 S Registry that they are 911T struts.

Thanks Jason !
I just talked to Jason, as I am close to making my purchase of inserts. He suggested that they are 912 strut as stated previously here. I think this helps explain the 3 inch caliper spacing mystery. The part number is now NLA, and superceded by a 911 part number. Jason is a super nice guy, and very helpful indeed. Thanks to Jason @ Paragon.
