Why not do yourself a favor, and pick up a Bentley manual for your car.
I did, and it certainly takes most of the guess work out of the equation.

If it's anything like the vent blower in the 3.2L cars then it's not very hard and is a 1 - 2 hour job from start to finish. The cardboard cover in the front trunk that covers the back side of the dash covers the blower. It's front and center when you take that cover off.
I changed every blower on my 3.2. None of them were difficult. I suppose the one in the engine compartment of a turbo might be a pain, but you aren't having to mess with that one, so you're safe.
