I think he lives with the Original Fit Interiors guy...
Sorry - no idea. I gave up long ago on RD. I tried to get a valance last year and to this day never got a reply back. Business must be good for these characters, or the herb is strong, one of the two. -Jeff

I recently(last month) ordered and received two rocker palnel kits and two door lock posts from restoration design with no problems. I think it's best to call at or near supper time as I did have to call a few times and when I left messages I always got a call back.

Well The guy getting the stuff for me is sitting outside his shop right now and nobody is there and the other people that share the shop say he has not been there in a week

I ordered lock post panels and got them in four days. I did talk to him around 4:30 in the after noon. that seems to be the best time.
He does all the work so he doesn't have a full staff of people that can answer the phone. He is also trying to find a new location because the town he is in has decided that condo's would be a better tax revenue $$$ so they are taking the property from the owner where he rents. to develope the land. I think that number is his business and jerry and myself have called about 100 times with no response. I looked up his home address. and we called there as well All I can say is that jerry was sitting in front of the door for a couple of hours with no luck nobody there and the parts have been on order for over a month.
