Austin Area Pelicans: Saturday 12/17/2005-Devils Backbone?
All,
I will be picking up my SC from Ron Maxwell at Rennaire just in time NOT to use the A/C for the winter  In any event, I will be meeting with at least two people and hitching a ride with at least one for the trip from Austin down to Canyon Lake and back. If anyone is interested PM me or reply to this. We can meet anywhere in Austin since it really ain't that big of a town. So far, we have a blue 993 and a white 914 ready to go. If no one objects, we will probably be meeting in the Arboretum area. Plans are to take Mopac south, Ben White over to 35S to 306, then going west to Canyon Lake. On the way back we were going to take the Devils Backbone in to downtown San Marcos to grab lunch and then back to Austin. One way, it takes about an hour. Ron has a real 1973 RS on the rack getting a full cosmetic restoration if anyone wants to see a completely naked 911

Saturday is looking like it's going to be a crappy day... 45 degrees with a 70% chance of rain...
And Stinky isn't ready to drive yet. If I get a couple good days of work in, she might be ready to turn over. Monday will be the earliest I can get tags for her.

well...you know how accurate central texas meteorologists are, LOL! So im hoping the weather will be ok... you know you could always tuck in between a couple of "legal" cars. Like a convoy

Sunday might be a better option,
