Option 09991 Exclusive Program?
 

Can anyone exxplain what the option 09991 is? The option decoder states; "Manufactured from the exclusive programme", not sure what that means..

I have that code as well. I’ve heard two reasonable explanations for it, but don’t really know if either is true. I wonder if this would be a good question for the tech board on the PCA site.

One explanation is that this car was a custom order for a customer, e.g. someone went into a dealer and said I want options X, Y & Z on a speed yellow cab or whatever. The other is that it is triggered by one of the other options on the car. In other words, if you have option X, you also have 09991. What options fall into X, I don’t know.
