				Who owns this P-car?

Guys, I was out to lunch with a fellow Pelican, 450knotoffice and we came across this in the parking lot. Just wondering who owns her. The car had a roll-bar installed.

That is one interesting rear bumper. Looks as if someone welded on a piece of a front bumper under the PORSCHE reflector panel!

Thats exactly what I thought as well. Not a bad look. Without the reflector it would probably look neat with a Euro plate in its place. Is it me or is the window frame on a different "arc" than the rain gutter/roof line?

This car, by the way, was in Lake Forest, CA. It's a short wheelbase car with a mix of chrome and black trim. The lower dash had the wood veneer facing that came on the '66's and the gages were definitely '66 or '67 vintage. The rear bumper/reflector panel was something I had never come across before. The car was in OK shape (kind of rough) but looked like it was set up as a street/track car. It had a rollbar and blue harness's. It had a number laying in the back seat area that looked like it was used during time on the track. We were just curious if someone on this board owns it or knows who does (we've got to keep recruiting all Porsche owners to this board, right ) | ||

Interesting to see a ducktail on a narrow body SWB coupe.

And a centre reflector, too. I considered doing something similar when I first got my car. Glad I didn't. To each his own, though.
