What makes this example worth so much
 
I appreciate the early cars, but I am no expert. Curious as to why the value of this example is so high. This one has not met its reserve and appears to have a lot of interest. Thanks

It's a '73 911s w/70k mi.
Repainted stock color in '90s
etc

It's a pre-1974 911S. Unmolested, these can be worth 30-40K.

Some are up to double that figure now, Jack. But that's for a pristine example. It's really hard to find an early S in decent shape for under 40K these days.
