Headlight Washer

Anyone have an artivcle on how to repair the headlight washer nozzles and hoses. Pump works fine

I don't know of an article, but last summer I had my bumper off and I messed around with all of that stuff, including replacing the washer pump.

Aside from the pump failing, the next most common problem is clogged check valves. I replaced those as well while I was in there even though they were probably OK. The only difficult thing in the whole job was R&R'ing the bumper.

Headlight Washers

Try a title search for headlight sprayers. I posted a few tips related to the job a while back, the search should locate it.

Inside the trunk there are two hoses that hook up to the pump in front of the battery. They tend to come off. I would look at that first. Very easy fix...

Understand that the headlights need to be "on" for it to work..otherwise you'll be trouble-shooting forever !!!

might not be "your" problem...but this may be of use to others searching out solutions...
