Need pics of early S bumpers

I just picked up the last piece of the E restoration puzzle, a really nice S front bumper. My stock E bumper has standard rubber trim and chrome bumpers and I really like the look.

Please post any pics of S bumpers with:
nothing
just rubber trim
trim and bumpers
trim, bumpers, bar

really, whatever you have that will help me decide on how to treat the front end.

thanks!

Here mine is with no trim, after a curb encounter.

Here's mine next to a very clean original S that was for sale.

As my car edges closer to an RS replica, I like the no-bumper look, however if you're trying to retain more of the "classic" look, I prefer with the bumpers. I'm toying with the idea of losing the trim, because I kind of like the clean look, but that's another project for another day...

Randy, the 'also not mine' is a stunner - can't take my eyes off it. If the area under the bumper wasn't quite so white - I'd have a poster made. Any master photochoppers out there?

Thanks everyone for the great pics. Looks like I'm leaning toward a full bumper strip and the bumperettes. If anyone has more pics of those, please post.

Much appreciated!

Shaun
