Powder coating in Houston

I know most are out getting eggnogged but some of us poor people are still working.... I mean posting...

Question: Who does good and reasonable powder coating in the Houston area? I want get my carb manifolds & other engine parts done in a couple of weeks.

I guess I could even ship if there are some good places out of state.

Thanks!

if your willing to ship the pieces i could take care of them. please let me know what you have your wanting done and the colors needed. i can normally do it in a few days turnaround depending on the amount of prep time needed(beadblasting, sanding). our oven is large enough to put a car in so size is no issue.

I had one of my road bikes powder coated by Allied a few years ago. My only complaint about powder costing is it is too thick. Much of the details in the lugs and cut outs on the frame and forks were filled in with the paint. Probably getting a road bike done wasn't a good idea.

I did a search a few months back and found a powder coat firm in the south astro-dome area. They specialize in porch furniture, but also had mentions of auto rims and more. The feedback they had received was very favorable, and their ovens must be pretty large.
I cannot speak for their quality from experience, but I'd excepted using them on my FUCHs before deciding to part the car.
I will look for that info, but a google or dogpile search should allow you a pretty easy find. Their prices looked pretty acceptible when I read of them. HTH
