Painters in the Bay Area?

hi.
i am in need of having my car painted (1980 911SC) mabe a partial aintjob or a full job. i will be keeping the same color. I live in the san jose area. can anyone recommend someone around here that does good work. I will have to pay out of pocket so, budget is a factor.

does anyone have an idea of the cost for a partial painjob and for a full paint job, maybe at a medium quality level.

you could try Debonair Auto Body, 408-295-0405 I have had them do two cars for me, one was a 911, they did a good job for me and will work with you.

Bodystyles in San Jose did a paint job on my rear wing a couple od years ago and again on the back half of my car. They match ed the paint real well and took care in the prep work.

Brett, I am going to recommend Freddie (fhernand). He just completed painting the rear panels, rocker panels, and front fender on my 911. His work is AWESOME. He is very experienced and really knows what he is doing, and plus he is a very nice guy. Honestly, I have not seen a better paint job on a 911.

I have an '81 SC and got rear ended at a stop light two years ago. Cecil did a fantastic job and was a great source of knowledge for other things I needed to take care of. Top notch. I'm not sure how cost would be out of pocket, but he went to full battle with AAA to get them to cover the repairs.
