Is there a difference in oil tanks? '74 vs '78

Are the '74 oil tanks stainless steal with copper necks? Is a '74 & '78 stock oil tank the same tank?

I am about to do some part swapping and wanted to double check. My '74 tank was cleaned and has been running and if the '78 tank is the same tank I am not going to switch it out.

Thanks,

Dont know if they are the same, but my 74 tank is all copper...I had taken it out and cleaned all the tar and grime off and it was a nice pretty copper color...

Well I guess they are different. The '78 I was cleaning appeared to be stainless with copper necks.

Thanks for the reply!
