Garage
Look who was in my garage last night...

That's Harald Jülicher (Speedster94) removing the pax airbag from my car so he can install it into a car in Germany. I took out the steering wheel bag (easy), taking out the pax bag involved 2 hours of R&R time!

My car is now 10lbs (1Hp) lighter and one step closer to being a track dawg. And now I know how to gut my dash (and plan to replace the lower bolster, etc...)

Over a beer we talked about Porsches (of course) and the many interesting cars he has owned and/or driven. He said to say "hallo" to the Pelicans!

Don

Cool!

Now ditch those rear seatbacks to balance things out.

Remember: "Pounds are made of ounces."

Gotta get the smog/registration thing done, then I'll start ordering parts....

In my lap, of course!

BTW, she went out on the track with me on Monday. She didn't like the sliding in the rain part, but loved the track. She thought the cork-screw was pretty cool.

I coached a guy in a spec-Miata during a heavy down-pour. he was also running RA-1's, but his actually had tread! WoW! that car was forgiving as hell! Also makes me wish I was running full-tread tires. (But then you would've never gotten to spin with me into 11.)
