Poor running and spark plug questions

88 911 with 3.7L Andial twin plug.

can push gas pedal down quickly or car bogs and stalls, while driving, cant get pedal down more than 1/3 or it bucks badly.

have replaced ignition coils and fuel filter.
used dry gas, so no water in line.

Unless someone throws up a flag here, i am going to replace plugs next with bosch platnium.

what would gap be for a 9.8-1 compress engine?

running out of options.
:(

Since no one was able to offer an answer, my Mechanic found the problem.

It was the MAF (mass airflow sensor). correct voltage at idle, but went openloop with throttle 1/3-full.

Hope this helps someone.
