Rebuilt 915 shift ‘baulk’

I had my transmission rebuilt a few months ago and have issues since with an intermittent resistance into 3rd and occasionally 4th. It does not grind but just resists the shift. If you go back through neutral and try again it usually goes in OK, double clutching also seems to solve it.

The problem is with an (85) 915 with newer clutch and WEVO sprung short shift kit.

The shop that did it is looking at it and correcting FOC. They are first going to check the WEVO linkage and if needed get in and change the internal culprit (Shift Sleeve??).

Does this sound like a linkage issue or should I prepare myself for being toyless for a couple of weeks while they get into the box?

Any experiences shared would be appreciated.
Thanks
Sam
