switch light replacement

Has anyone replaced the bulb behind the dasboard swithes? My fog light swith is dark; at first I thought it was due to a blown fog light, but no. I guess the knob gets pulled, then the retaining ring comes off; what's next?
TIA,
J.P.

I've been wondering about this myself. My fog light switch is okay but I think I have some dead bulbs behind the heater and fresh air controls on the dash.

Do you need to access the switch bulb from behind the dash face?

The bulb is inside the foglight switch knob. You just have to pry the little plastic disk with the foglight symbol out of the rubber knob. It is probably easier to unscrew the knob to make it easier to get at.

Wayne:
Do you pull the knob off? How does the knob get power for the bulb?
