While the car is A/C delete, the heater seems to not be blowing but barely. I really notice it with the top down.

Red cars in FL don't need heat.

heater boxes rusty and not opening all the way? have you checked the integrity of the relevant hoses? could be leaking out your air if they are rotten..

Top down 24 7 weather permitting.

Used the heat last night. Top down the whole way ;).
