rust prevention - any experience, anyone?
I know in the maritime world this type of technology is used effectively (sacrificial anodes, for example).
I'm curious whether anyone has used this tech on a car with success. If it works, it could be a great option for these 911's? http://www.4wdworld.com.au/newproducts/couplertec.htm Emery

Emery,
If you do a search on "electronic rust prevention" you will find that this technology has been discussed. The thread also has links to additional discussions on the topic. Jim S. |

Thanks...here is that thread.
Electronic Rust Prevention Did not seem to have any first hand experience, just opinions. I'll keep searching. If I find any hard data I'll share it.
