Found this in my front trunk after I bought the car. Shifter??

Is that for a 3.2? Looking at the gasket imprint, it seems to me that it looks like an adapter between the Airflow Box and the filter. I've seen adapters for cone filters that kinda look like that. What is it made of? (looks heavy for a cone filter adapter but it could be)

Feels like aluminum to me...pretty darn light...3.2 with stock airbox.

Tony is right on. It is an adapter plate to mount a K&N style cone air filter to the Carrera afm.

I think it is also after he said that and I looked at the pdf parts file....anybody can have it if they want it.

It's for the cumbubulator. Jeez, didn't you know that? :D
