remove rear window for better engine sound
Wow... the motor sure sounds cool with the rear window like this.
I'm trying to look on the bright side after some little bastard with a new Xmas BB gun had his target practice session while I was parked at my gal's condo guest parking space. Today is day 24 of consecutive days of rain in Seattle. Another positive... those 2 inop grids in the rear defogger will now be back in the game. Of course, the glass is only $1250, plus a $250 gasket, plus install. Naturally, this part is only available in Germany so I'll only be in a rental car, what, 3 weeks? Thank you Farmers for the waived deductible on glass repairs. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1137013253.jpg |
I'd leave it as is. It is a great light weight option. ;)
PS: I hope they got the little %$&*#! |
I hope you wrenched that rifle from his cold, dead hand!
Note: For humor purposes only. I am not advocating any form of child abuse. |

I bet the carbon monoxide really sucks (literally) though. ;) |
yup...24 days and counting! But who's counting, right?
BTW, Ketchikan Alaska holds the record at 101 days. |
Wow, $1,250.00 for rear glass seems quite high. I'm assuming the damage was to your '91.
Check the internet for auto glass shops. The highest price I found was aroung $360.00 for rear glass. |
