70s sideview mirror
 

hello all,
would you please help me and clarify which mirror (if any) would be original to a 70 911. the mirror on the left came from my 71E. the diameter of the mirror on the right is smaller and does not have the inset.

The one on the left is correct for 1970.

i thought so, the specimen i have on the right is in much better condition. do you know what year the mirror on the right is for?

The one on the left matches the one I took off of my '66
SWB coupe.
