Removing/working on '69 911T gauges

Anybody here know a quick and easy way to remove the gauges on a 1969 T? Some of the wiring is loose and making one gauge flicker, plus others need some new bulbs.
Also, any tips on making the gauges brighter with different bulbs, etc?
Any help much appreciated!

There's no real quick and easy way to get the gauges out on a 69, since they're held in from the back (trunk) side by brackets and knurled nuts.

You'll need to remove some of the defroster/vent plumbing for easy access, so try to do everything you need to while you're in there.

If your speaker grille is removable, that is the easy way. Just remove it & then remove the clock & work your way across to the others. You can do all this while sitting in the driver's seat.

I don't have a speaker in the dash, so looks like the trunk is the only way.
