Anyone Know this Car?

There's a 1973 RS Replica for sale on Ebay under item number 4604497062. Do any of you guys on this board know the car or the seller - or have any other info that may be relevant to my making a bid for this car?

Any comments much appreciated. (Sorry - but I couldn't link the page to this post.)

Thanks.

The car that's on eBay this time around is a different (though similar) one from the one that gave rise to the thread in your link. See engine compartment and interior pics in particular. Also he has refined his pitch somewhat - though again the differences are subtle.

Thanks for the link though.

As of yesterday the 3.6 car was back on Ebay too. Was listed with a 993 motor but its clearly a 964 motor.

This car is listed as having a 95 993 motor, which would be pre-varioram. What would be the difference in appearance in the pre-varioram 993 motor and a 92-94 964 motor?

Just curious. Thanks.
