How to add pic by name?

Anyone tell me how to add a picture under my name? I know it is edit and where but where do you get pics from?

Go to user cp at the top of the screen, then click on edit options. At the bottom it says pick avatar...that is where you would do it. You can also add your own pic.

I'm sticking with the patriotic thiem for now. Then I'm useing the hotrodded Enterprise - D from the last episode of ST-TNG (Star Trek - The Next Generation)
