I love the houndstooth inserts for early seats, anyone know where I can get this material? I'm not in a big hurry, but am getting my christmas list together....

Look in PCA Pano. There are several sources who advertise there selling interior materials. I have tried to find stuff like this locally and have had no luck, so just do the internet and Pano route.
