Steering wheel change

I have a nice Italvolanti steering wheel and was wondering if anyone knows if i can get a boss/hub for it to fit onto my SC?

try e-bay. Sometimes they have new stuff you can buy at a fairly decent price.

Compare the bolt pattern for the attachment bolts to something more common, like a MOMO. Perhaps you can find a readily available hub that will work.
