question on adjusting rear bumper.
My rear bumper is tilted. I am thinking of lifting one side up. Looking at it, I think the first thing I need to do it taking off the bumpper shock covers (the 2 black rubber blocks where the lisense plate lights mount to). Anyone kow how to take these off?
Thanks

You don't need to take those off to remove the bumper, or adjust it's position. Loosen the impact strip on either side by removing the phillips screw that resides behind the little rubber plug. This will expose the two nuts on each side that hold the bumper to the absorbers.
