binding a-arms : I just start ...

So some days ago I realize that my A-arms binding (both side) as I start finally assembling front of the car I have seen that front end is to high so I start to going little down. But after reading treads about binding a-arms (by the way very interesting and lot of information about this problem could be find there)
I start to investigate what is my problem. So it looks that I have problem with front A-arms mountings. I even ask here about it and friend of us give me some advise (thanks Tony!) and I find those treads just about it.

So I first spent 4 hours yesterday to solve problem -with left side it was not so difficult some typical washer and now I have positive effect - a-arms moving freely. Much more problematic is right side as I make several test with washer and let say nothing.
When screw are not tight is OK but when I screw in - binding occur
I spent some time to find spherical washer via Internet

And finally have it : and even not so expensive 50 completes (female/male) around 50$
by the way I will give DIN number if somebody looking for it:
6319C
and
6319D

It will comes tomorrow so hope that it will work. Meantime I try to learn how it works...
I will make some photos and post along with work progress.

Tomy,
If that doesn't work, you could enlarge the bolt holes a little on the front mounting brackets with a dremel tool. That would give you some lateral movement to play with. I did this with my front suspension when the bolt was just maybe a mm out of line with the hole. My A-arms seem to be just about right now in terms of the amount of free play they have.

I'm curious to your solution, but couldn't follow without pictures. Let us know what you come up with.

Finally I finished passenger side...!!! it takes me 3 nights of work with different washers etc.
So finally what I have:
passenger side
going on left side
no washer between body and mount
right side
one washer
front
3 washers
And on all screws have one spherical washer and lock washer.

And it no binding.....
But the most helpful was sequence of turning of screws so I turn in first front screw to final torque 4,7 kmp (ca.45Nm) and side by side slowly left and right turn in a little one time left one time right and is OK now.
