915 axle flange seal replacement. Easy as it looks?

Just a few lines and a couple of pix in Bentley. Basically, unbolt the axle flange, pull it out, pull out the seal and put a new one in.

Says uses "special tool 9252 or equivalent" to install the new seal, but I assume it's installation just like a rear main seal.

Any suggestions/experience/warnings, etc."

Yep, pretty straight forward...

Halfway down Pg. 3 of this thread, Indigowhale has some photos of how he replaced his when he rebuilt his transmission.

Used the old seal to install the new one...pretty slick idea, IMHO.
