OEM Power Seat replacement
I scored some new Burgundy seats on EBAY – like new - YA! I will replace mine (not that they were all that bad) with these. Current driver-side is fully power adjustable (4-way switches) and passenger-side is partially-adjustable (2-way switches). New EBAY seats are driver-side partially-adjustable and passenger-side manual.
Can my existing power seat assemblies be swapped out easily? I do realize on the new passenger seat that I would need to cut a hole for the switch - just like a dealer. Anybody done this type of swap out before? Didn’t see any posts via a search. Checking Bently I only see seat removal and power seat motor access referenced.
