My intented path to EFI

this car will see light duty DEs and will serve mostly as a back road torcher. Please weigh in and be kind as I am a checkbook tech.

Project Type 930

Engine
Stock crank, case, oil pump, etc.
Case boat tailed (case airflow improvements)
Carrillo rods
3.4L 7.5:1 pistons (final compression 7.2:1) retained
Cylinders and heads have Nirostat fire rings (provides sealing at 1.2bar boost)
930 heads ported with stock valve sizes, but smaller 993 valve stem diameter on inlet valve (again airflow improvements)
Valves were back cut for flow improvements
Twin plug with Bosch silver plugs W4CS
Aase springs and titanium retainers (pretty standard stuff)
SC Cams
Type 935 Individual Throttle bodies adapted to fit C2 Turbo Intercooler
Stock fuel rails, regulator, damper, etc, stock fuel pressure
BOSCH injectors, flow matched
Very nice full bay intercooler (Bob Holcombe I believe) or C2 Turbo
B&B Headers retained
Fabspeed 4” Dual out exhaust
Imagine Auto’s HF2 Turbo
Powertech scavenge pump
Tial BOV, Wastegate
MoTeC M48 Pro or M600

Is an electronic boost controller necessary or will ECU control it ?

Transmission

Wevo Shifter
Retain four speed transmission with new gear spacing

retain big reds all around

The Motec can be set up to control boost. You will have to get a boost solenoid, whomever dyno tunes the car can make a boost map
