All I can say is WOW!
I placed an order for in stock OE parts yesterday (1/16/2006) at 12pm PST, ground shipping was $7.75 (very reasonable), expected delivery date was Friday (1/20/2006), I get a knock on my door at 7:50am PST TODAY (1/17/2006), and lo-and-behold here is a guy with my Pelican parts!!!! Unbeatable service. Very happy customer here...

Banned but not out, yet..

I ordered a rear view mirror adhesive pad $3.75. The Shipping - $7.75 on something which could fit in a business envelope with a couple of slim pieces of cardboard on each side to protect it.
I also ordered another product from Pelican housed in a separate warehouse. Now I get to pay two shipping fees (until it was determined the 'in stock' item website is out of stock with no replenishment date.) I am hoping this is the exception to the rule, but either situation didn't make me too happy. Wah, wah, wah. ;-)

holy crap. good thing i played hookie yesterday. ordered at 1:00 pm, and the stuff was delivered by 11:00 am the next day. some chinese dude on my doorstep with two huge boxes. i thought it was a joke. i ordered enough stuff to fit a small kleenex box. turns out the i got double my order. sending the extra back, just as soon as i get the shipping label. opps. i hope to find a smaller box for the return trip.

I put an order in two weeks ago.. total weight under 12 lbs. Cost to east coast- $26.00 on product that was $100.00.
Pretty steep I think.. I was looking at the GHL headers yesterday and was amazed at the shipping...not to mention the price. I called GHL direct ..they sell the same kit for $400.00 less and were willing to ship for FREE!!! Hey Wayne.... I spendin' money with you but I now am finding better deals elsewhere...help us out here so we can stay loyal!!

I put in an order on 1-16 at 9:00am and had forgotten an item I wanted . I called Pelican and they included the forgotten parts and shipped that night around 5:00pm, delivery was attempted the next day at 10:00am but I was not home. Got my parts on the 18th, yep everthing was there and shipping was FREE
Thanks Wayne. I love pelican. Dave

Wayne - does Fabspeed sell through vendors or only directly? I know my race shop won't deal with GHL anymore unless they absolutely have to, and all my Fabspeed stuff has been perfect..
