Daytona Owners ?

I liked Daytona so much when I picked up the slantnose, that I decided to relocate there.
I'm looking for other P-car owners in that area, maybe even some other slants?
Nothing like sitting around the garage sipping a few with like-minded car buffs eh?

Paslantnose,

Congratulations on your purchase, I'm glad you enjoyed Daytona! FL is a wonderful place and superb location for a car enthusiast. Have we got some fun tracks for Porsches! Sebring, Moroso, Homestead, and of course Daytona. Then there's GA which isn't too far and has some fun tracks too.

Also there are Porsches everywhere you go. They're like rabbits or something.

I have bad news for you regarding the slant noses, most of them have relocated to SC. Not to worry as there are kits that you can buy to change it back to a traditional nose for public appearances. The slant noses relocated due to something about us traditional noses not showing them enough love (I think they really got PO'd when someone said "I fart in your general direction", then there too was the comment "Welcome to FL now go home").

Ok perhaps I'm not being truthful about the slant nose thing. Really they are unique and wonderful cars. And since it is Porsche, what can I say, I like'em all!!!

So once you're down here, don't garage it, drive it!

Regards,
Carlton

pa,

Welcome to Florida! Are you attending the 24 Hours this weekend? If so, than look me up when you are parking in the Porsche Paddock. I'll be sigming folks in and would like to see you and the slant. I've been turning my '86 Carrera into a slant since last August and she, (Betty) will be on the road for the first time since the conversion Sat.

Best regards,
