Exhaust flanges

I am looking for exhaust flanges to be used in welding up a custom exhaust system. I need the flanges that would match the gaskets illustrated below in red:

If they are not readily available, I will have some fabbed. My local steel supplier has 1/4" in stock 24/7. He can get 3/8", but it would be about double the price since I don't need a full sheet.

Should I worry about 1/4" warping? Or should it be sufficient?

One more question...
If I have them fabbed, I would have about 40 extras left over from a 2x2 sheet.
Is anybody else in need of flanges?
What are they worth to you?

Well, off-the-shelf 2" 2-hole flanges are close enough, I believe. Slightly larger than the gasket, but only by a mm or two. Not a big enough difference to be significant on an exhaust system.

I just made some, then I saw that JC Whitney sells them. It was a lot of work. With the hole saw I couldn't get a drill to spin slow enough for optimal cutting, not even my full size 3-phase drill press or Bridgeport! Then I used a band saw to cut them out, and it was just a lot of work for such a small piece. In JC Whitney they are only 3.99 or so a pop! I spent 3+ hours just making 4! Not worth the time IMO.

I just KNEW pelicans would have a solution.

No drilling or sawing for me... I was just gonna throw the sheet onto the waterjet table and pop them out. But for a couple of bucks each, I'll just call JC. I can't make them that cheap; even on the waterjet.

MB... Maybe later on the stainless. Let me do the fab mockup with the cheapo stuff. If it works out the way I want, I'll get back with you.

Cash, I second the notion that it is easier to buy them! Here is a link and a pic from a post I did detailing my single out to dual modification. I had at least 1 1/2 hours making my 3 hole steel flanges!
