Question Photoshop Help? Continental Orange Fuchs on a Petrol Blue 911?

Can one of the expert PhotoShoppers turn these black centered fuchs to Continental Orange? I was wondering how the car would look with orange centers and polished lips.

Thanks!

i know this isn't any help, but the car is beautiful as is. i would think orange would look more appropriate on a track car..just my opinion. i'll be curious to see this look, but i'm not expecting it to look better than it does right now.

Sorry I don't really know the exact orange you are looking for so I winged it. Do youhave an example of this orange? Also, the fuchs' are too dark in the other pictures to change.

I actually don't mind it but I think it would require an orange accent somewhere on the car. Orange door text a la carrera or similar?

nix,

Next time, could you make it smaller I agree completely. If nothing, a lower orange stripe to tie it together.

i gotta agree and say it again..it 'screams' track car..and could look awesome if converted to track with all the other sundry mods needed along the way. your car has a mature, stylish-look that's all it's own as it is. i hope you keep it just the way it is..it's already a head-turner.

Where do you get the matching colour trim? I think it looks great - one of the things I'm considering if I ever paint my car.

Thanks!

I think you'll be getting a letter from the lawyers representing Howard Johnson's on trademark infringement.

Hmmm, now I want some fried clams.

Mmmm- Fried clams!

Ryan, Beautiful car!
Sorry Andrew, I agree with the other guys, too much contrast for the street. Just my opinion, of course!

I'll see if I have time later but your car is too light for that bright orange. What makes that car in the link look nice is the contrast of the dark purple paint with the bright orange. They're getting a double visual pop because they're using contrast of value and contrast of colour.

Your car isn't dark but it's not bright either so the contrast of value (brightness) won't work for you. You can use contrast of colour for a similar effect.... which is what I've Photoshop'd

(Colour theory 101)

Ryan,

Thanks - it's actually the coloured stripe on the rubber trim (replacing the chrome strip) that I'm interested in, not the decals. Is what you had made something that replaces the chrome, or goes over top? If you don't mind my asking, what did it cost? I've seen one or two others like that, and I think it looks awesome!

(sorry for hijacking)

Chris
