anyone else getting this message when trying to uploading photos?

Yes.

I've given up on uploading photos. Last several times I try it, the pic upload box indicates "upload complete" but then just sits there and never inserts the uploaded pic link into my post. Frustrating.

I did too. I used Photobucket and it worked fine.

You might want to send an email to Wayne. I think he pulled a server upgrade as it was causing all sorts of problems and slowing down the system; this may be related (or not).

It's a hosting site for pics. Not all BBS's allow you to upload photos to their server. If you upload your pics to photobucket, and then use the tags they provide, the pics are not resident on the bbs server, but show up in the threads when you insert the tag line photobucket provides. I think that's how it works, anyway. However they do it, the pics show up, and they load fast.

Same here but I used http://www.supload.com/ in the classified section. Best thing about hosting pics is that its FREE:eek: and you can even use them for ebay.
