leakdown costs and advice

Hey guys,
I want to get an honest and true leakdown on 911 I will part out soon (to keep this short). I paid a lot of $$ 3 years ago for repairs (including clutch, oil leak repairs, electrical stuff, and evaluation- including leakdown). After $4+k I was a little shellshocked after finding this GREAT DEAL Porsche.
Rennsport gave her a pretty good assesment (saying it needed this or that) but said was a good motor. I now cannot find the statement, nor numbers given.
As I soon accept loosing several $$ but want to offer fair info as I part'er out, I ask info once again.
Advice for leakdown tests? Price (was quoted $138 by a local recommended to me, but sounded as one who works on Porsches, not a Porsche mech ->by phone conversation). What is the accepted rate for this service?
Next, do leakdown on HOT, or Cold engine, differences expected and info as advice. I searched, found much offering different advice. If you wanted to buy, or wanted to sell, what offers what. I want to offer the motor as one I'd want to buy, but one that my info is repeatable and true. Mine offers a puff at startup (after a long garage stay), and accepted as good 3 years ago (short miles).

Offer me advice as a seller, maybe as a buyer too. Thanks guys. What does a good leakdown cost you guys (or gals).

When I was looking for a PPI, most shops (that specialized in air cooled P-cars) that I talked with wanted an extra $100-150 to do a leakdown. The best selling tool for your motor will be a good paper trail showing maintenance and repair records.

Yep, about $150 is what I paid.

Looks like this price is OK. I'll take her to this mech tomorrow.
