air filter fitment help needed

I found a set of billet K+N filter housings for my EFI project, these will mount on my 46mm TWM throttle bodies. Unfortunately they came with 6 inch tall filters and I need something shorter, more like the "standard" filter for carbs. Is there a filter element I can by at local auto parts stores that would fit? I guess I'm looking for a standard paper filter element that would fit Weber or Zenith carbs for like a 1973 car. I know I can buy the K+N filters but I would like to get a standard paper filter as I think they filter better. If you guys know of brand and part numbers that would be great. I'm trying to fire her up this weekend but need filters. Thanks

I did this research a few years ago. At the time I couldn't find any off-the-shelf replacement fiilter for the K&N-size housing. You'll have to settle for the K&N replacement or fabricate some foam filters to fit. (I did).

PS: Would be interested in a set of ITG filters?

Thanks Sherwood. I already had some ITG filters but because I have AC the passenger side filter wouldn't fit it was too long. The K+N I can shave the housing bottom plate for clearance. Guess I'll have to order the K+N filters.
