A/C condenser fixable?

I have noticed what seems to be a hole in one of my tubes on the rear A/C condenser. The area of concern is the first upper tube, at the apex of the bend. Is this fixable, or will I need a new one? If its repairable, who would do this type of work; A/C speciality shop?

I had a pinhole leak in a AC condensor and I took it to a local AC/radiator shop and they fixed it. No problems 1 year later.

Looks like a strange place for the coil to be damaged.
Usually leaks are on the fittings where you connect your lines (forgetting to use two wrenches and twisting the tube), or when someting crushes condenser; more common on earlier models).

Sometimes you an braze it and sometimes you can't.
It all depends upon how clean you can get the unit's tube ID's (stray ac oil). Usually you "boil" the unit as commonly done with radiators. Then is it aluminum or copper?

I would ponder how much I saved if the braze fix does not work; cost to evacuate & recharge the system twice $$$.

Otherwise try Gary at OK Foreign for a used coil or just step up to the plate for a new. Might as well throw on a new drier too and add more ac oil when you recharge to cover the bases.
